how to do makeup on paint shop pro ft bill yay

i will show you how to do make-up on paint shop pro and im useing a pic of bill


1. open your pic and get your free hand selection tool and set it to point to point set feather to any thing and go to adgust > manual colour correction and set it to perserve satuation and pick yout colour and it should look like this

i no it looks terrible lol it only works on girls lol
but its a rough idea lol
