i will show you how to do make-up on paint shop pro and im useing a pic of bill


1. open your pic and get your free hand selection tool and set it to point to point set feather to any thing and go to adgust > manual colour correction and set it to perserve satuation and pick yout colour and it should look like this

but its a rough idea lol

how to outline PSD'S

i will be showing you how to out line PSD'S this is a singple way to do it

profram : paint shop pro 9 you can do the same on any paint shop pro :)

1. open you psd and open a newlayer and pic a colour then copy and past > past selection and it shoild look like this





2. go to selections modify > expand . set the number of pixels to 2 or 4 click (ok) now copy and past it on to what ever and your done ans it should look like this

blending : here is a simple blend :)

1. get you pic and make a new layer at 1000 to 1000 keep it white and copy past you pics and over lap them it should look like this



2. het your free had selection tool and cut out the pics and press delete it should look like this



3. and your done yay


it looks soo horrible because u rushes it :)

i will show you how to make a beam :)



1. open up paint shop pro and get you pic




2. go to you pen tool and go to the curve one . and draw curves like this


3. duplicate the pic and go to adjust > blur > gussian blur and put it to 5.00 and click as many times you want and it should look like this



4. go to effects > drop down shaddow and put this in the correct boxes . vertical 0 . horizontal 0 . opacity 20 or 50 . blur 4.00 or 5.00 and pic your colour and get the vector layer and bring it to the top and it should look likt this



5. go to layer merge > merge down and then you only have the background and copy of the vector layer . now get your free hand selection tool anf put it point to point and delete . it should look like this



6. repeate the step and it should look like this and your done
